What is the best exercise/diet plan for someone who is very limited?

I have a very bad back, and I need to lose almost 200 lbs. I am trying to get a ****** reduction so weight loss before hand is a must. I am having problems getting and staying motivated, as well as trying to find that one exercise/diet/life change plan that works with and for me. Please give me a few great safe ideas.

    sweat and diet

    as long as you get the right amount vitamins and minerals your in the safe zone

    im a wrestler and usually before a meet i cut 3 to 4 pounds to make weight and thats within 5-8hrs
